  • Matcha whisk (or other mixing device)
  • Small bowl (or regular cup)

What does ceremony mean?

Ceremonial matcha is the highest quality of matcha and is traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony. It comes from the first young tea leaves of the spring harvest, which are particularly delicate and aromatic.

These leaves are carefully harvested by hand, steamed, dried, and ground into a fine, vibrant green powder. Ceremonial matcha is characterized by a sweet, mild flavor, a fine texture, and an intense green color—without bitterness.

How do I store matcha?

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 months for optimal flavor.

Where does Kitsune Matcha come from?

Kitsune Matcha Origin

The products have received JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) and USDA Organic certifications.

Is the matcha organic?

Yes! We are in the process of obtaining the organic certification for Germany.

However, the product has already received organic product certificates in Japan and the USA.
